Document Data
When you use deBRIEFed, you may submit:
- Client briefs, SOWs, and other text documents
- Meeting notes and project descriptions
Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Feature usage and interaction patterns
- Error logs and performance data
- Device and browser information
Microsoft Teams Integration
When you connect Microsoft Teams, we access:
- Your Teams organization ID
- Planner boards and task lists you authorize
- User names for task assignment (within your organization only)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the deBRIEFed service
- Process documents and extract tasks
- Sync tasks to your connected project management tools
- Send service-related communications
- Respond to support requests
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our product
Document Processing
Important:
- Documents are processed in real-time to extract tasks
- We do NOT store your document content permanently
- Document content is deleted from our servers after processing (typically within 24 hours)
- We do NOT use your documents to train AI models
- Extracted task data is stored only until synced to your project management tool
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting (for service operation only)
- Microsoft: Only the data necessary for Teams/Planner integration
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
Data Security
We protect your data using:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Encryption at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security assessments
